Hi.
I’m just going through my inbox deleting messages and I don’t thinkI have yet emailed you to tell you how delighted we were with Richard’s service on the day of the Winter Ball before Xmas.
Richard phoned me one hour before the pick up to say he was close by – would pop over to check the width of our road – and would wait for us to let him know when the kids were ready to go. Tess, my daughter, said he was great to them all on the journey – and turned the music up to get them in ‘party’ spirit.
Then someone left a bag on his coach – and he returned to Bayliss House to drop it off for them, phoning me to let us know.
I’ll keep your number and use you again whenever the need arises. And of course, I’ll tell all my friends!

Dear Louise,
I hope this finds you well. Just to say that Roger, Ian and Graham were absolutely fantastic for the event on Sunday and they really helped the make the day run more smoothly and all the ladies arrived and left in great spirits, please pass this onto them.
The event we held raised over £100,000 for Thames Hospicecare which is absolutely fantastic and we could not of had the amount of people without the buses so thanks, I am sure I will be in touch for next year.

Just a quick note to say thanks to all concerned at Apple Coaches.
As you know we used you (for the first time I believe) during our recent meetings with many visitors from all over Europe.
I thought the service we received from you was excellent, the coaches were very comfortable, always punctual, friendly drivers and, very importantly for us with this type of event, flexible with timing.
Many thanks for all your help, it really made the event run far more smoothly and made it so much easier over the 3 days.

Just a message to say thanks for your excellent drivers and coaches for our three days of trips to Twickenham RFU ground for our annual convention. Everything worked well! Frank and Jason did very well.
We had over 180 parked coaches and another 50 on pickup/drop off so over 11,500 of the 26,000 attendance came this way. This means we were able to take over 3000 cars off the road which made a big difference.

I just wanted to write in and personally say a big thank you to Apple Travel and especially Rob, our personal bouncer for the night (ha ha). He was more than just driving us to our destination, he took the time to get to know us and made sure that we all got home safe and sound. In fact, we had one girl who was not well at all and she spent the entire evening sleeping on the coach. We did not have to worry about anything because Rob was there all the time to look out for us. It was real pleasure booking your company and I look forward to doing business with your good selves in the near future. Many thanks once again.
